Public records requests are governed by the rules in Chapter 132 of the North Carolina General Statues. All records requested must pertain to records prepared, collected and/or maintained by the Haywood County Sheriff’s Office – not other County agencies or departments.
When your request is submitted, you will be contacted by a representative from the Haywood County Sheriff’s Office for any clarifying information and we will transmit the response to you as expeditiously as possible.
